No “one size fits all” approach

At Sota Chiropractic, there is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to your family’s health. Every individual is unique and so every care plan recommendation and adjustment should be based on each individual. That’s why we do a thorough consultation and chiropractic examination so we can best guide care for you are your family.

On your first visit, we go through a consultation to learn more about your health history, current health issues, and goals for care. We use 3 different neurological scans in our office to assess your nervous system. Thermography tells us how your autonomic nerves are functioning. Surface EMG allows us to assess muscle balance throughout your spine and find any compensation patterns. Heart rate variability tells us how your body is responding and adapting to stress. After these scans, we will take any necessary X-rays to visualize the structure of your spine and learn more information about the best adjustments to support your health.

Before an adjustment is ever performed, all of this information will be carefully assessed and a care plan will be created based on your goals and our objective findings. As we continue through care, we will use objective data such as neurological scans and X-rays to track progress. We always want to gauge progress on two things; subjective data (how you are feeling) and objective data (visualizing structure and function changes on x-rays and neurological scans).

Your family’s health is important, and each member is unique. We want to support your family in achieving your health goals and living the life you want!
